Pay attention! I tend to live life subconsciously, but every now and then I get a reminder to wake the fuck up. Memorial day weekend was MAD Real! I probably had the best staycation ever, just running NYC with my besties. Went out to Greenhouse Sunday night and partied my ass off, serving naked realness in the club. Then when it was time to head home, we all hopped on the 1 train and proceeded to have a good time with all of the strangers in our car. My friends were getting off at 103rd st and I decided to also to meet up with Pete. I was saying goodbye and accidentally took the wrong step. Next thing I know, I’m thigh deep between the train & platform. I was so embarrassed! Pulled myself out then saw the damage. Found out yesterday it was infected and got a tetanus shot along with antibiotics. I just keep thinking about how I could have lost my life b/c the train conductor didn’t see me. If it weren’t for my mates Jeremy & Brandon, I’d be road kill.
